At the Airport
Consult the table below to confirm whether you are required to proceed to our specially marked Web Check-In Counter at the airport or whether you can proceed directly to the gate.
You are required to check-in 3 hours prior to your flight scheduled departure time to ensure that sufficient time is allowed for the necessary baggage and security checks. Caribbean Airlines check-in counter closes 1 hour prior to the flight scheduled departure time. So please be on time.

Please note:
If you wish to cancel your Web Check-In or make changes to your flight or seat assignment, you must contact a Caribbean Airlines Agent (via telephone or at the airport). This must be done within sufficient time prior to your flight’s departure or penalties may be applied according to the circumstance.
Your seat maybe reassigned, cancelled or you become ineligible for denied boarding compensation if you fail to arrive at the specified time required for check-in.
