Seat Requests
On the majority of Caribbean Airlines flights, certain seats can be reserved at the time of reservation. This service is free of charge and you can make a request up to 11 months before your departure date, providing your name is in our computer reservation system.
We encourage our taller passengers to arrive early at check-in and we will try our best to assign seats with extra legroom, this is subject to availability.
An infant (a child up to two (2) years of age), will be entitled to a seat once the parent/guardian purchases the child’s fare. In all other cases the parent/guardian will be required to hold the infant for the entire journey, in accordance with FAA/CAA laws. Bassinets and sky cots are no longer available on any of our aircraft type.
You are advised to observe the required two or three hours check-in time. If you arrive for check-in less than one hour before the scheduled departure, you are likely to lose your preferred seat. International flights close one hour prior to the scheduled departure time and domestic flights close half hour prior to the scheduled departure time.
