Your carry-on must be able to fit under your seat and light items only in the overhead compartment if not, then the items will need to be checkedin. These limitations are intended for your comfort and safety. All luggage must be completely stowed before the aircraft can depart from the gate. Use of equipment such as portable radios, TVs, cellular, telephones, video cameras and some electronic toys will not be permitted during the flight. Laptop computers may be used during the flight.
Transportation Security Administration (TSA) advises a 3-1-1 guidelines for carry-ons = 3 ounce bottles or less; 1 quartsized, clear, plastic, ziptop bag; 1 bag per passenger placed in screening bin. One quart bag per person limits the total liquid volume each traveller can bring 3oz container size is a security measure.
