Dear Valued Customer,
Please be advised that we have recently implemented major changes to our reservations and payment system. As a result, American Express cardholders will experience problems when using their cards. Unfortunately we have been informed that this will not be rectified until 16th April 2010. In the interim, you can choose one of our other payment options including: VISA, Mastercard, UATP or you can choose the “Pay Later” option which will give you 24 hours to pay for your ticket at any Caribbean Airlines ticketing office or via our call centre.
Please note that passengers paying via the ticket office or the call centre must be the cardholder of the credit card made to purchase the ticket.
