Add the Miles you earn with Caribbean Airlines Partners , special promotions, and in certain service classes and you have an unbeatable way to earn miles quickly. If you are a Silver, Gold or Executive Gold Tier Member you also earn bonus miles for attaining your tier level and Bonus Miles every time you fly. To avoid unnecessary delays in crediting your Caribbean Miles account, please provide your member account number when making your reservations or at airport check-in. Failing this, you can mail, scan or fax your ticket coupons and boarding passes to us up to 6 months after the date of your travel. Retro-credits: Please note that retro-credit requests may only be submitted for flights on and after 29th October, 2007. Flights prior to this are outside of the partnership agreement with BA and are not applicable for retro-credits. Caribbean Miles members can earn miles on all sectors which are operated by either BA or one of BA's franchise airline partners which include Comair, GB Airways, Sun-Air and Loganair.

Where the single sector distance flown is less than 500 miles, a minimum of 500 miles will be credited, except for Published Discounted Economy fares, for which a minimum of 125 miles will be credited.
No Miles shall be accrued by:
(a) any Member using an Award;
(b) any person using travel industry discount ticket or prize ticket
(c) airline staff travel ticket; or
(d) any free of charge ticket.
(e) discounted tickets for children or old age pensioners.
Caribbean Miles Silver, Gold and Executive Gold Members:
Bonus miles may be earned by travel in premium economy, business or first classes on BA. You will not earn tier bonus miles for BA flights nor will your miles earned on BA qualify towards your tier level.
HILO Foodstores
Now you can earn Caribbean Miles every time you shop at “The Nation’s Favourite Food Store” in Trinidad & Tobago. Use your HILO smart shopper card to accumulate points as you shop and then redeem your HILO points for Caribbean Miles.
Miles can be redeemed at a rate of 1 mile per 1 shopper’s point for specific values from 600 shopper’s points and up (e.g. 600 points = 600 miles). Visit your local HILO Store or see your Hi-Lo Smart Shopper Catalogue for more details.
When you are ready to redeem simply visit any HI LO store and complete the form and your shopper’s points will be converted to Caribbean Miles!
