Caribbean Airlines Cargo provides this service to ensure that you, our valued customers, are able to check the status of your shipments twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. All you need is your Air Waybill number, and you can perform Tracing and Tracking from the comfort of your home or office. You don't even have to pick up the phone.

For all Jetpak customers using this service, please add zeroes to the front of your Air Waybill number, so it is eight digits in length. The prefix will always be 106. For instance, if your air waybill number is 12345, please fill in as follows:
