We take all our passengers' tastes into consideration by incorporating both Caribbean and Western cuisine into our menus. Our meals are pork and peanut-free and are rotated on a regular basis to facilitate the Frequent Traveler.

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are complimentary in Business Class. In Economy class we offer a wide selection of complimentary non-alcoholic drinks.

On all our flights we carry our famous Angostura and Appleton Rum, Red Stripe, Carib and Stag Beer and world-renowned Angostura Bitters, all of which are produced in either the islands of Jamaica or Trinidad and Tobago. Also on offer is a selection of fine wines from the vineyards of the world.
Dietary Needs
Business and Economy Class passengers with specific dietary needs have the option of ordering a special meal prior to travel:

Diabetic – Sugar Free; Low carbohydrate

Vegan – Pure Vegetarian Meal; No seafood, diary, eggs, honey, gelatin

Moslem – (London only) – Halal meat; no pork or pork by-products; no gelatin; no alcohol

Gluten Intolerant – No wheat; wheat flour, rye, barley, oats

Child – Easy to chew foods including finger foods; no highly seasoned items

Special - Passengers with allergic reaction to specific ingredients (such as nuts & shellfish) can request a special meal indicating the ingredient/s that they are responsive to.
Business Class Entrees
Business Class: Pre-Order Service

We offer our Business Class passengers a pre-order meal service. Orders can be placed up to 24 hours prior to the flight's scheduled departure time. Business Class Pre-Order service is available via the Call Center only.

Business Class: On-board Chef Programme

In September and October, our Business Class passengers will have an absolute treat as we invite Chef Khalid Mohammed and Chef Hasan de Four to prepare meals for our in-flight menu, from both sides of the pond. This is part of our ‘On-Board Chef’ programme, an initiative to feature dishes by the region’s culinary masters on our in-flight menu for two-month rotations.

Chef Khalid Mohammed’s Signature dish is available on select routes only (refer to Business Class menu). To pre-order Chef Khalid Mohammed’s Signature dish, please contact the Call Center up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure to indicate your preference.

Chef Hasan de Four’s Signature dish is also available on select routes only (refer to Business Class menu). To pre-order Chef Hasan de Four’s Signature dish, please contact the Call Center up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure to indicate your preference.

Business Class: Special Dietary Needs
