Caribbean Airlines has been assured by the relevant authorities that there will be no disruption to any of its scheduled operations during the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) which takes places from 27 November until 29 November 2009. However, it is recommended that passengers depart for the airport much earlier than usual in the event that any traffic pile-ups occur in order to arrive at the airport 3 hours ahead of their scheduled flight departure time. Caribbean Airlines would like to apologise to its passengers for any inconvenience, but cannot accept liability for delays or cancellations during this period as these are due to circumstances beyond its control.
