Piarco, 28 August 2011 – Due to Hurricane Irene which is currently affecting New York and the subsequent closure of JFK International Airport the following flights on Caribbean Airlines and Air Jamaica have been cancelled for Monday 29 August 2011.

BW16 from New York to Kingston

BW18 from New York to Kingston (operated by North American)

Caribbean Airlines and Air Jamaica continue to monitor the situation closely. Once JFK International Airport has reopened and is operational, revised schedules will be publicized. We apologise to all our customers for this inconvenience but these cancellations are due to circumstances beyond the airlines’ control.
