Due to the onset of Hurricane Irene in the North Eastern Seaboard, Caribbean Airlines Limited and Air Jamaica passengers booked and ticketed to travel during the period August 27, 2011 to August 30, 2011, will be permitted to make changes to their reservations without penalty subject to the following
conditions:

• Passengers must already be in possession of a ticket with confirmed reservations issued no later than August 27, 2011.
• Passengers must be booked to travel to/from New York City (NYC) and Philadelphia (PHL) during the period August 27- August 30, 2011.
• Changes may be made up to September 10, 2011.
• Passengers requesting change to origin/destination between NYC & PHL may do so without additional collection/change fee provided travel is within the above-mentioned travel period. CAL / Air Jamaica will not be responsible for arrangements to/from an alternate airport or for any hotel/overnight
  expenses incurred.
• Passengers with totally unused tickets who elect not to travel during the specified period may have their tickets placed on hold for future travel on Caribbean Airlines / Air Jamaica up to 1 year from the original date of issue. Any difference, including change penalty between the original ticket and the
  new ticket must be collected.
