Check-In Options and Times
Web Check-in
Web Check-In (WCI) will enable you to reduce the lengthy time spent in airport queues. The service is now being offered for revenue passengers:
- With electronic tickets
- Travelling on all flights operated by Caribbean Airlines only
- Travelling in groups of less than 7 passengers
- Persons who wish to check-in between 4-24 hours before the scheduled departure

At the Airport
International and Intra-Caribbean - our recommended check-in is three (3) hours prior to departure with a cut of time of one (1) hour prior to departure.
Domestic - for travel between Trinidad and Tobago our check-in time is two (2) hours prior to departure with a cut of time of forty (40) minutes prior to departure. Photo Identification is required for passengers sixteen (16) years and over.
Important Notice
We ask that you present yourself at our check-in counters in time to give us the opportunity to check your baggage and issue your boarding pass. Failure to comply will result in denied boarding and the penalties required to adjust your booking will apply.
