Track Shipments
It is now possible to track the status of your shipment via email. Connecting to the internet is no longer required. To use this service, follow the below steps:
- Open a new email message from your mail client.
- Address the email message to trackcargo@caribbean-airlines.com
- Enter the below text in the body area of the message:
- TRACK
- 106-12345676
- 106-65432101
- Please ensure to maintain the text format indicated in the above example i.e. the key word TRACK in capital letters and ensure to press the enter key after the word "TRACK" and after each air waybill number. Please also ensure no signatures and footers are sent along with the email.
- Send the message.

You will receive an email from the SkyChain system providing the status of all air waybills in your email request. We strive to respond to all e-mails within 2 business days, but sometimes a high volume of emails prevents this.
